  4. Sylvia Elisa says:

Just got a Virtual Master Card for over 3 grand!!

    1. Thank you TCA says:

Is there any way to get cash from the virtual cards? Trying to pay bills and most want my bank acct for payments.

      1. Blah says:

Yeah, once you sign up using the prepaid link and signed in you can request your remaining mastercard balance to be transferred over to paypal, venmo, zelle, or direct deposit. With the new rules for 1099 reporting, i’m not sure if these count as taxable or not. your best bet is to select dd but processing i saw can take like 4 weeks. I’ve never done it myself though.

Here’s the link to request a direct deposit into your bank account:

        Petfoodsettlement-choice.digitaldisbursements.com
The website said it can take up to 4 weeks!

  5. Coco says:

Just received $62.18 today through Zelle. It worked!

  6. Debra Laichter says:

I was also named. My dog died from this food and I spoke to Hills and Hills spoke to my vet who had to euthanize my Maltese. I ALSO saved and still have the last 3 cases of the food with the BAD LOT NUMBER as PROOF!!! I want compensation and have heard NOTHING!! They cannot sweep this under the rug. THEY KILLED MY DOG!!!!

  7. Raymond Hagemann says:

I filed my claim on 4/8/21. A follow p call was made and a representative of the Administrator called me
on April 20, 2021 advised they were ” OK ” with my claim ( fully documented with veterinarian’s invoices )
I was given an official claim number. Since that time I have called, written and emailed in an attempt to get more info on actual payment. I have received no definitive info and I sent a letter to the Administrator advising that I suspect fraud in the handling of the settlement payments. A copy of that letter is being forwarded to the District Court in Kansas. The whole thing is a disgrace

  8. Susan Kling says:

I sent a claim in before July 1 and have not heard anything back from you! My dog had been eaten one of Hill’s product for more than a year! In fact the whole time too much vitamin D was added! Please let me hear from you!

  9. Lisa Barnes says:

This dog food killed my 2 dogs that were my babies.
I filled the claim and not one person has called me or anything
I would like to know why I haven’t heard anything back from the law firm.

    1. Christina S. says:

Don’t worry we were named in the case and have not heard anything back either. Its getting to be ridiculous. I feel like we’ve been thrown to the wayside by this. The only thing I Know is the settlement administrator had until the end of October (10/31/2021) to do all the final allocation and dispersion numbers then it has to be reviewed by the judge for final approval. Once the final numbers are approved then payments can be issued. Once its been approved they have a certain amount of days to issue payments on the claims. So it shouldn’t be too much longer now. I know it isn’t much but its all I know.

  10. Dorothy J Burton says:

Hills diet site will not let me confirm my involvement with the class members.

    1. Glenn Simmons says:

      Please add me as well!
