Case Name
Ord et al. v. FNB Corp. et al., Case No. 12-cv-00766, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Case Summary
The FNB overdraft settlement resolves a 2012 class action lawsuit (Ord v. FNB Corp.) that alleges the bank reordered debit and credit card transactions from highest to lowest dollar amount to increase the likelihood that customers would overdraw their accounts and trigger overdraft fees. This practice violated its customer contract, violated state unfair trade practices laws, and resulted in unjust enrichment, according to the class action lawsuit.
FNB denies any wrongdoing but agreed to refund customers through a class action lawsuit settlement fund to resolve the litigation.

FSNB stands for Fort Sill National Bank. I have proof of illegal practices by the overdraft protection department.
I was contacted about my settlement can I give a updated cantact information to receive my settlement
I was a dependent and never heard anything about my settlement?
I don’t mind my email being shared to the proper authority because I have worked in banking for years. Banks now are compromising which hurt the poor, elderly, and the vulnerable. Someone needs to take a look at FSNB (Forest Still National Bank) or (Fort) practices and principles especially in Memphis, TN.
Correction: FSNB stands for Fort Sill National Bank.
I’m getting hit with $37 charges on a $5 overage. I dont even get a chance to clear. Last month was $160 in charges.
I believe this. I wish someone would audit FSNB especially in Memphis, TN.
