Please note, you don’t have to mail in ANY proof of purchase unless you’re claiming your diamond jewelry is worth or purchased more then $10,000. I (Scott) submitted an appraisal of my wife’s engagement and wedding rings along with the claims for the the replacement wedding ring. I should receive thousands. How much are YOU eligible for? Don’t expect a check for a few more months, but expect payment some time in the third quarter. Don’t miss out on this one!
UPDATE 10/16/09: National Jeweler Network states that payments may go out in the Spring. The case and challenges are due to be reviewed by the Court in January.Â
UPDATE 6/30/09: The Jewelers Vigilance Committee issued a statement and filed a brief supporting the settlement.

$208.67 chck recvd 6-11-13 for $15,000 claim. Grateful for that, at least!
Got my check in the mail today. $40 on $2500 value. Still, it’s $40 I didn’t have yesterday.

Hi, I never received my class action refund and submitted claim in time. Can you help me look into this?
As of Mid-March 2013 attorneys for claimants had not filed a motion to distribute funds to the Consumer Class. Until that Motion is filed and granted by the Judge, no funds will/can be distributed to the Consumer Class.

I lost a faimly airloom to my roomates stealing , I just wrote it off ,He was just to threatning, But in febuary she died, I wonder if shed still be alive if i would have just said keep it mom till a later date. should i ever accept jewlery again? Id Like to apolagize to her, her death is just to questionable. was it this ring what could i have done diffrently? The last thing i spoke to her and i was angrey was about my having a baby, all she had to do was wish me well. the last time her and i got along i had gotten married,the ring was 3 K and again like the ring she gave me stolen, Am i cursed? how do i break this curse?
