Not sure if i qualify i have had dealing with Bank of America on 3 different occasions , if they ever call me i just hang up . i had a balance due with them that was paid in full when we sold our home then we moved and my husband had passed away they came at me again and said you pay now or set up arrangement or we take your house i couldn’t find any reciepts etc right then to prove it was already paid they scared me and threatened me to where i went out and borrowed money and paid it again then couple few years down the road they contacted me again trying to do the same thing and i said hell no you are not going to get another dime out of me and hung up. I do not and will not deal with anyone on the phone again i have proof now that i did pay it in full the 2nd time when i paid it so they got me twice and my phone never stopped.

Saludos
