    I’m seeking updated information on the Wells Fargo CPI insurance class action!
    I have tried to get information on this since I recently received an apology check from Wells Fargo explaining what they did (but not fully). It also states “In cashing this check you are not waiving any current or future legal claims against Wells Fargo.” This is infuriating news since I lost my vehicle to their repossession order and have been crushed with bad credit for almost 10 years now. Please help!

    I was russed to hospital last year.I have Copd and Pad,My insurance company is Cigna.My oxygen had dropped very low,dangerous situation.When being released,I could not go home till I got a portable Oxygen machine.We live around 60 miles from Hospital and Dr.I have a large oxygen contractor at home.That at the time I as using for at night only.ell trying to shorten this.We had to end up buying a new machine before leaving.Hospital Oxygen was not covered by Cigna???? So sending in all paper work,they would need to reinburst all or some for oxygen machine,around ,close to 4000.oo out of pocket.They keep sending letter after letter,something more they needed to process.One of the last letters they anted to know what I ate at my stay !!!!!!!! My husband and I did everything they asked.We came to figure all the crazy request,was they just weren’t going to pay.This went on for almost a year,They closed it and never paid a pennie.Which was covered in policy.ith all my illness,medicine,med bills,then a monthly payment for the loan.I was getting so upset,with there denying.I gave up.Also I did mail order medicine with them.I had to set up payment plan because of the cost.They were to take payment 1x a month as we agreeed.3x they took payment and then went back and week latter and took another payment.I as in negative 2 out of the 3x when they did it.I never okayed them,they just did it.I fought with them and got 2 back,now the last one was a never ending story.They said they had no record they did it,but I had letters from my accounr verifying all 3 times.It was making me sicker,so I gave up.Stop using them for meds and went back to pharmacy.I had change to save money.LOL NOT.
