Here is the TCA article with the Wen settlement details and our latest update: https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/closed-settlements/348988-wen-hair-care-products-class-action-settlement/. The final hearing was continued to 7/24/17, and the settlement has not yet been granted final approval. It will likely be several more months before claims are paid. Once final approval is granted, it will more than likely take the settlement administrator several months to review and process claims. You can contact the settlement administrator with any questions about the status of your claim. There is an email address available: info@WENClassSettlement.com. Please keep checking Top Class Actions for updates. We will let our viewers know as soon as we learn that checks are in the mail.
