    My dog has gotten sick twice whike eating purina wet & dry dog food. I thought there was an ongoing lawsuit, but I can’t find any info. She literally stated pooping blood after 2 – 3 feedings !!!

Unfortunately, the case recently ended in a judgement in favor of Purina. I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you. We will let our viewers know if any other dog food class action lawsuits reach a settlement.

      FYI Purina has a long history of adding chemicals which are either unhealthy for dogs, or deadly. Not too long ago there was a rash of dogs dying from dog food or treats with a glycerine substance which poisonous and not sure how it is spelled. Let me research it and get back to comment.

    I am trying to find out about a class action lawsuit against GM over Headlight Failure on 2010 Cadillac SRX of which I have one with this problem.

    I qualified for compensation for telemarketing calls from Carnival cruise. How do i find out uf anything ever come of this?

Claims will not be paid until after the final hearing occurs and the court grants the settlement final approval.

      This particular settlement is currently under appeal: https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/closed-settlements/348865-caribbean-cruise-line-robocall-tcpa-class-action-settlement/. Claims will not be paid until all appeals are resolved.

      Both articles include links to the settlement website where you can find settlement administrator contact information. You should contact the settlement administrator with your address change information.

    I submitted information regarding a death of a loved one from opiate overdose I’m wondering where this going on is that still being investigated to be a case I have not received or heard anything nor do I see it in the list of upcoming cases is this still a legitimate case oh my God it’s cold

    Cruise Calls, telemarketing- My phone number was clarified on the list as was my spouses.

    Blue Buffalo dog food
