Settlements have been reached in two class action lawsuits alleging Uponor high zinc content brass plumbing fittings are defective and break down prematurely. If you own or owned property in the United States that contains high zinc content brass plumbing products, you could be eligible for benefits from the Uponor class action settlements. Under the terms of the Uponor settlement, Class Members may be eligible for thousands of dollars in benefits.

 

Louisiana Farmers File Syngenta Corn Lawsuit A group of Louisiana farmers have filed a Syngenta lawsuit alleging the corporation fraudulently misrepresented that their GMO corn seed would be approved by China, the nation’s third-largest corn importer. If you, a family member, a partner or an associate has been affected by Syngenta GMO corn or declining corn prices, you may be eligible for compensation.

 

Checks Go Out in Babolat Tennis Racquet Class Action Settlement Viewers are reporting they have been receiving checks in the mail worth about $60 from a class action settlement over allegations Babolat falsely advertised the qualities of some if its tennis racquets. Georgia Woman Files Lawsuit Over Benicar Gastrointestinal Injuries A Georgia woman has filed a Benicar lawsuit alleging she suffered dangerous personal injuries including gastrointestinal issues after taking the drug, including severe chronic diarrhea, rapid and substantial weight loss, severe malnutrition, severe dehydration, nausea, and vomiting, for which she was subsequently hospitalized. If you or a loved one used Benicar for at least for months and were hospitalized for severe gastrointestinal problems, you may have a legal claim.

 

Ohio Justice Stores Class Action Settlement Money Mailed Class action settlement money has been mailed to Ohio consumers who shopped at Tween Brands retail stores, also known as “Justice” stores, and were allegedly misled by deceptive sale prices. Viewers are reporting they received settlement checks worth $12 or more, depending on whether they submitted store receipts for proof of purchase. Janssen Ordered to Pay $124M in Risperdal Side Effects LawsuitJohnson & Johnson’s subsidiary Janssen Pharmaceuticals was ordered to pay $124 million to resolve a Risperdal lawsuit accusing the company of failing to adequately warn about the drug’s side effects. If you or your son took Risperdal between the ages of 10 and 18 years old and suffered gynecomastia (male breast growth), male breast pain, nipple pain or nipple discharge, you may be entitled to compensation.

 

Templeton Reaches Rye Whiskey Class Action Settlement Under the terms of a proposed class action settlement, consumers who purchased Templeton Rye Whiskey may soon be due a refund. If approved, the settlement will resolve class action lawsuits alleging Templeton deceptively marketed its rye whiskey as a product of Iowa even though it is actually distilled and aged at an Indiana plant.

 

AndroGel Defendants Seek Dismissal Over Faulty Paperwork Defendants in the testosterone gel multidistrict litigation have moved to dismiss the claims of a large number of plaintiffs for failing to properly submit their plaintiff fact sheets. The plaintiffs in these testosterone gel lawsuits allege that the makers of AndroGel withheld information about the risks associated with AndroGel from patients and their doctors. If you or someone you know suffered a heart attack, stroke, blood clot or other injury as a result of using a testosterone gel or cream, legal options are available.

 

TracFone Straight Talk Class Action Settlement UpdateConsumers who purchased a Straight Talk, Net10, Simple Mobile or Telcel America wireless service plan that was advertised as including “unlimited data” but had their data throttled may be receiving checks in the mail within the next few weeks, according to a post on the settlement website. The settlement resolves a class action lawsuit alleging it advertised its prepaid cell phone plans as having unlimited data without informing consumers that their data would be limited and subject to “throttling” or termination.

 

Zofran Linked to Birth Defects in Multiple Studies Although Zofran has not been approved to treat morning sickness, it has been used for this “off-label” purpose for years. However, studies have shown that babies who were exposed to the drug during pregnancy were more than twice as likely to be born with severe cardiac defects. If you or someone you know took Zofran while pregnant and had a baby with a birth defect, you may have a legal claim. Find out if you qualify now.

We posted updates to two settlements over the past week, both which paid out! It’s always so great to hear from you when you get a check and deposit that cash into your account.
