Update from the President of TCA

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a TERRIFIC week! I know I did! I’ve been creating a massive spreadsheet for my clients about the submissions YOU send in! Did you know that you submitted 7,000 “Start a Class Action” entries in 2014 and the first quarter of 2015? That is a LOT of submissions from people looking for help! On the dedicated class action investigation side of things we had more than 20,000 submissions. I’m working through our mass action campaigns now (drug and medical device investigations) and I’m already at 11,000. It’s amazing that seven years ago I was happy when we had THIRTY people submit their information in a month. Now we get 38,000+ in a year and a quarter. I’m sure we’ll end up around 50,000 total submissions once I get through all of the investigations. Simply amazing! The best part is we’re still growing, our audience is still growing, and we’re launching new investigations every month to help our viewers. Pretty darn awesome.

On the home front, my girls are breaking me down about the pool. They want me to take the safety net off it so we can go swimming. The problem is, my beautiful bride and I like to keep it on as long as possible because that means the girls can play outside while we get things done around the house. We don’t have to worry about an accident and them falling into the pool. Yes, they’re both swimmers now but we obviously can’t leave them unattended by the pool. It IS getting warmer (high 80s) so I think we’ll have to open it up in the next few weeks. We will have to give in to their wishes and start the (almost) daily swims! I’m actually looking forward to that though. It’s a great reason to get off my office chair and get a little exercise. I wonder how many calories I’ll burn throwing my girls up in the air and back into the pool? Dad math means it’s probably 100 calories per throw. That makes me feel OK about eating ice cream for dessert ;) OK, enough about Phoenix, on to more lawsuit and settlement updates!
