Good morning, Everyone!
I hope you had a fantastic week! I had the privilege of celebrating my 11th wedding anniversary with my beautiful bride Barbara. BB, thanks for marrying me a wee bit more than eleven years ago, giving me two beautiful little girls, and putting up with me through my many ups and downs. I love you!
OK, awesome Top Class Actions Viewers, I know you LOVE reading about ME, but I have the sneaking suspicion that you want to hear about YOUR settlements, so here’s an update on the Milk Settlement! I’ve received some feedback from viewers who are upset that the amount of cash expected from the milk settlement is low (likely ~$10 or less per claimant). Here’s what I sent out to one of our viewers:
We post our estimates for payouts based on what the settlement administrator (the people who actually pay out the settlements) post publicly. Many times, based on the high number of claims, the amount paid out per claimant is much less than estimated. That’s why we encourage you to submit as many claims as possible for settlements you qualify for. That way you’re cashing on on big and popular ones like the Milk settlement (which won’t pay much due to all of the media coverage) but may get a big win from another settlement that got ZERO mainstream media coverage. Chances are if you see a settlement on Good Morning America, the payout will end of being small (though it’s still worth 30 seconds of your time to get a couple of bucks). If you stick with us, stay subscribed to our free newsletter, and submit claims for everything you qualify for, you’ll start receiving checks every few months. Just be PATIENT. Class actions take a MINIMUM of six months to pay out AFTER a claim period closes. Once you start submitting claims and do it regularly (at LEAST once a month), you’ll start to receive checks in the mail every month or two (after the initial 6+ month wait). In fact, I received a check today for $104!

Don’t give up! Check out our Open Settlements page to see what else you can claim! Right now there are 80, yes 80, settlements you may qualify for. Take a few minutes and check them out! Pay extra attention to TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) settlements. If you qualify for one of those they typically pay out $50+ per claim. I receive emails from viewers every month who receive more than a thousand dollars a year from settlements. Don’t give up!
I hope that helps and I hope you have an AWESOME week!
Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
