Courtney Jorstad of TCA

Good morning, Everyone!

Happy Valentines Day!!! I hope everyone has a fantastic day with their sweethearts. My kids are busy filling out their valentines for their classmates as we speak. I love learning about the origin of things, like how it is that February 14 became the day that it is. I was listening to the radio and heard the radio host explain that February 14 was the day that St. Valentine was put to death by Roman Emperor Claudius II, but before he died he left a letter to a young girl he was supposedly in love with and signed the letter ‘From Your Valentine,’ and that was the first ‘valentine.’ It’s kind of sweet and somber at the same time. And now it’s the day that we leave flowers, chocolates, and love notes for our favorite people.

Now onto the class action side of things . . . . We have a couple of new investigations you’re going to want to check out. The first one is for our California viewers. It’s pretty logical to think that if you buy Kona Brewing Co. beer that it’s made in Kona, Hawaii. Well, it turns out that Kona Brewing Co. beer purchased on the mainland is probably made at a brewery in Washington, Oregon, Tennessee or New Hampshire. If you purchased this beer because you thought you were getting something from the Aloha State, be sure to check out this investigation. The second investigation is one that we’ve relaunched for those who have been injured by e-cigarrette explosions. If you or someone you know has been injured by an e-cigarette, you may be entitled to compensation.

Here are some more lawsuits worth checking out!

That’s all for now! Make it a GREAT week!

Warm Regards,

Courtney Jorstad
