Happy November, everyone!
I hope you had a GREAT October! It was a good one for us, but HOT! It’s ridiculous that it was 100 degrees on Thursday. WHERE THE HECK IS FALL?!?!?! Tonight(Monday/Halloween) we’re trick or treating with the girls and THANKFULLY it’s only 87 right now. I’m hoping that it’ll be around 85 or less when we hit the streets with the kids. That way, the girls can hit a lot of houses and have fun and their Dad doesn’t collapse from heat stroke. I know, I know, 85 degrees isn’t hot, but, when you’re a giant like me (6′ 7″ tall!) the air gets thin up here ;) I know that either way the kids will have a great time, at least until we get home, and they’re not allowed to eat any candy until tomorrow. That will definitely be when the fun stops for them, heh heh! Mean Dad enforcing rules on a school night!

We’re getting a lot of attention from Settlement Administrators, and they’re taking notice of claims from us—so much so that there was a recent filing from a Settlement Administrator who went back to the Court and asked for MORE MONEY for a settlement because of the high rate of claims from Top Class Actions. That’s right, something I’ve said for a long time is starting to happen. High number of claims = larger class action settlement funds, which means more money in the pockets of claimants.
