Update from the President

Happy Hanukkah everyone! If you celebrate the Festival of Lights, or are waiting with bated breath for Christmas, I hope your holidays started off strong with Thanksgiving! We had a great time in Tucson with our family. Sydney and Aubrey got to play with their favorite cousin Violet and we had fun keeping the volume level to a low shriek. With little girls there’s LOTS of screaming, yelling, laughing, giggling, and noise at all times when you’ve got a gaggle of them together.

I’m amazed on how much they’re changing every year. Last year the three girls needed a constant adult companion to keep things moving. Now they’re running around playing tag, hide and go seek, and just being little kids darting from room to room laughing and giggling. It was a FANTASTIC weekend! I even got to play with Legos… I mean, I was tasked with putting together a Lego playset by my parents while the girls played Candyland with my Mom and Hide and Go Seek with my Dad. Great memories were created!

On the business side of things December is historically a slow month. Everyone is focused on presents and family trips, not finding a lawyer to help them file a lawsuit or submitting claims! We’re not slowing down though. We’ve got great things happening this month and we’re going to continue to improve throughout the holiday season. In fact, there was a plethora of updates last week. Here’s your class action news!

That’s all for now! Make it a GREAT week!

Warm Regards,

Scott Hardy
