I have not received any response whatsoever. I have a huge safety issue with my deck. It’s been years and still my deck gets worse with each season we would like to use it. My contractor has not been any help and avoided all communications with me. After investing 50k into my multi level deck you would think he had better business practices. He sold me on the issue of virtually no maintenance. I was promised that the deck would out live me. I can’t help but to be totally disgusted. I have no one stepping up to help me. The thing is I don’t want the money I just want to get what I paid dearly for ….I want the deck fixed. Certainly someone can understand that. It took me quite some time to save for the cost of my deck. It was supposed to be a retreat and now it is just a reminder of this incredibly long drawn out process. I’d like to know the status of my. Claim Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I submitted a claim form way back in early 2012 and was told to wait till the lawsuit was over and that they would be sending reimbursement back to me but I haven’t heard a word. I have not received any money as of yet. Robert Howe. Also, Mr. John Bixler was in on it too due to him falling through the deck I had built for him. Please check your files to see where our money is. Thank You.
