American Traffic Solutions Inc. and American Traffic Solutions LLC have agreed to settle a class action lawsuit involving the enforcement of red light violations in 27 Missouri municipalities through the use of unmanned red light monitoring cameras. If you received a Notice of Violation of a red light camera ordinance in Missouri, you could be eligible for benefits from the red light camera class action settlement.
The red light camera class action lawsuit alleges that American Traffic Solutions, along with certain municipalities, operated an unlawful camera monitoring system at various traffic intersections throughout Missouri. Further, the class action lawsuit alleges that the defendants improperly issued violation notices because the ordinances were unconstitutional, violated Missouri law, and/or because the municipalities did not have the authority to enact the ordinances.
The defendants deny the allegations but agreed to settle the red light camera class action lawsuit to avoid the burden and expense of ongoing litigation.

I have file before the deadline and have yet to receive payment and I filled out 3 claims so I’m wondering was this real because I’m seeing post where people haven’t receive anything as well!!
I deposited a check and it was returned along with fees!!! I contacted the claims administrator and was told to re-send and it would take 6-8 weeks to re-issue….the papers came back return to sender!!! I called again and Grace told me they do not re-issue checks and the account has been closed….I am supposed to get a call back about what to do??? Where and who got the money…I sure didn’t…going to contact local news to relay the rip-off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mother thought she was part of the class action suit when she received the card. First, she could not read the information because the type was too small; 2) the instructions said to go online to fill out a claim; she does not have internet. I need to know if she will get compensation because she could not fill out anything online AND she could not read the small print instructions. Most class action suits do not require action; however, this one did. It makes me think the reason this required action was because most people did not or could not understand the instructions. Now the website and phone # are down. Do I need to have my personal attorney contact your firm directly?
I filed on six tickets and only received $20. I wrote to address on post card, however no reply. Does anyone know who I can contact about this matter? Thank You, mjmgreenusa1@yahoo.com
I filed my claims in a timely manner online and has not received any compensation. I tried to call 1-866-681-9151, but it is no longer in service. I will write a letter to the address on the post card and will post my results.
I filed a claim before the deadline and haven’t received any compensation and I wanna know why when they been paid twice
I received my $20 postcard check on US bank stock for the MORCE. They would not honor it. They instructed me to deposit it in another bank. US Bank said they had no record of an account for the issued check, funds were not available. They said the best I could do would be to deposit the check and if funds were later found, all good, if check found to be fraudulent, $19 charge. I’m not holding my breath for relief. Outcome not surprising.
Mom got her checks (2) today. $20 each–postcard type checks
