Recent parents in North Dakota filed a lawsuit against Pfizer alleging that use of their drug, Zoloft, caused their son to be born with congenital heart defects and other birth defects. Andrea and Jeffrey Heronimus filed the Zoloft birth defect lawsuit on May 15th, 2012.

Andrea and Jeffrey filed the Zoloft heart defect lawsuit on behalf of their son, Connor, who is now three.
