Bladder Cancer a Side Effect of Actos Alleges Lawsuit, Opts Not to File an Actos Class Action Lawsuit
By Scott Hardy
The latest Actos (piogliatzone) bladder cancer lawsuit filed was not an Actos class action lawsuit although at least one Actos class action lawsuit is pending in federal court. George Geogleris filed an Actos bladder cancer lawsuit alleging that he wasn’t warned about the risk of developing bladder cancer before taking the drug used to help treat type 2 diabetes. George started taking Actos in February of 2011. In September of the same year George was diagnosed with bladder cancer. George only took Actos for seven months, and possibly less as it’s not certain exactly when he stopped taking Actos, before developing bladder tumors and being diagnosed with cancer.
