Teleflora agreed to a $6 million class action settlement to resolve claims it violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited telemarketing text messages.

The Teleflora settlement benefits individuals who did not provide their phone number to Teleflora and who received more than one promotional text message within a 12-month period from Teleflora since May 9, 2021, despite their phone number being registered with the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days.

Teleflora allegedly violated the TCPA by sending unsolicited text messages to consumers without first obtaining their consent or verifying if their numbers were on the National Do Not Call Registry. The plaintiff in the case says she received multiple text messages from Teleflora despite never giving the company her phone number or consent to contact her.

Teleflora is an online flower delivery service that connects customers with local florists.

Teleflora has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $6 million class action settlement to resolve these allegations.

Under the terms of the Teleflora settlement, class members can receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. Class members are estimated to receive $251 each. However, exact payments will vary depending on the number of participating class members and the amount deducted for settlement expenses.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is Nov. 17, 2026.

The final approval hearing for the class action settlement is scheduled for Nov. 25, 2026.

To receive settlement benefits, class members must submit a valid claim form by Nov. 17, 2026.

Who’s Eligible

The class action settlement benefits individuals who did not provide their phone number to Teleflora but who received more than one text message promoting its goods or services within a 12-month period since May 9, 2021, and whose phone number appears in calling records obtained for the case.
