WebLoyalty LogoWe updated the WebLoyalty/ Web Marketing Class Action Lawsuit Settlement to account for a NEW close date of 1/11/09. They extended your ability to submit claims via a NEW claim form. You can no longer submit claims online, but, you can email the claim form in (which saves you some paper and postage.) In case you weren’t aware WebLoyalty is behind a large number of customer loyalty campaigns for companies like Classmates.com, Fandogo, Priceline, JustFlowers.com, GiftbasketsASAP.com, ValueClick, Kraft Foods and many others. If you joined one of their campaigns and were charged you might be able to participate in this class action lawsuit settlement.

We also have posted Scott’s interview which covers the Wal-Born and ColdMD Class Action Lawsuit Settlements. Both settlements are closing soon so submit your claims now! You can check it out in the TCA in the News section.
