Nekter Juice False Advertising Class Action Lawsuit
By Matt O’Donnell
Nekter Juice Bar, Inc. has been hit with a class action lawsuit for allegedly falsely advertising its juice drinks as being organic or 100% organic, when in actuality they contain “very little or no organic ingredients.”
According to the Nekter Juice class action lawsuit, consumers were duped into believing they were purchasing organic juice products from the company despite the fact that little or no organic ingredients were present. As a result, the lawsuit says, consumers were harmed because they would not have bought Nekter Juice products had they known the true nature of their ingredients.
The Nekter Juice class action lawsuit is brought on behalf of all persons who, within the past four years, purchased a Nekter Juice drink that was advertised or represented to be organic or 100 percent organic, and that in actuality contained very little or no organic ingredients.
The class action lawsuit seeking full restitution of any Nekter juice drink purchased by any Class Member, damages and other relief for allegedly violating the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and for false and misleading advertising.
