Settlements Closing Soon!

If you purchased TULA Life skincare products between Jan. 1, 2013, and Aug. 30, 2021, you may be eligible to claim as much as $25 per household.

TULA agreed to a $5 million class action settlement resolving claims that it misled consumers info believing certain products contained live cultures because they were advertised as containing probiotics.

Without proof of purchase, Class Members can claim a cash payment of $4; with proof of purchase, claimants are eligible for up to $25 per household.

The deadline to file a claim is Dec. 10, 2021, so submit yours today!

Did you get an automated call attempting to sell you Allstate insurance products? If so, you may be able to file a claim in a recent settlement.

All U.S. residents who got a call from Allstate between Sept. 23, 2106, and Oct. 1, 2021, that began as an automated attempt to sell goods and was then transferred to an Allstate agent are eligible to file a claim.

Plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit alleged they did not give prior consent for these calls, and in some cases, some call recipients had numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Class Members who file a valid claim may receive a one-time payment of $450.

The claim deadline is Jan. 14, 2022.

Certain consumers who purchased Huda Beauty’s Pressed Pigment Palette can claim up to $30 without proof of purchase thanks to a recent settlement.

The Class is made up of anyone who purchased any color of the palette in the United States on or before Aug. 15, 2021.

Huda Beauty allegedly falsely advertised the product, the plaintiffs alleged, marketing the product as eye shadow while the back of the package states not to use the product around the eyes. The plaintiffs claim to have suffered physical injuries, such as eye irritation.

Eligible Class Members who file a timely claim will receive a cash refund of up to $87 — $29 per product for up to three products — if they provide proof of purchase.

Those who are not able to provide proof of purchase may still file a claim for up to $10 for each product purchase, for a maximum possible payment of $30.

The deadline for claim submissions is Jan. 12, 2022.

Did your candy box feel a little empty?

U.S. residents who purchased cardboard boxes of Raisinets, Buncha Crunch, Butterfinger Bites, Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, Rainbow Nerds, SweeTarts, Spree, Sno-Caps, Runts, or Gobstoppers between Feb. 9, 2013, and Sep. 23, 2021, may be eligible to file a claim in a class action settlement with Ferrara Candy Co. and Nestle.

Plaintiffs had alleged the companies intentionally underfilled the boxes to deceive potential consumers into thinking the boxes had more product in them than they actually did.

Class Members can claim $0.50 per unit of covered product up to a maximum of 16 units, for a total possible payment of $8 — no proof of purchase required!

File your claim by Dec. 27, 2021.

A class action lawsuit accused the company of entering into anti-competitive agreements with other contact companies, allegedly to ensure the companies wouldn’t compete in online advertising.

As a result, the plaintiffs were denied the ability to search online ads for the best deals on contacts, and therefore paid higher prices.

The claim deadline for the 1-800 Contacts settlement was Dec. 4, 2020.
