Driver Files Lawsuit Against Roofing Company After Philadelphia Car AccidentA driver has filed a lawsuit against a New Jersey roofing company, claiming one of the company’s employees and vehicles injured her and another passenger in a Philadelphia car accident.

Plaintiffs Zera B. and Brenda B. say that they were driving through Philadelphia when their vehicle was struck by a vehicle owned by defendant Magic Roofing & Siding Inc, on or around Oct. 13, 2016. They claim that the Magic Roofing & Siding vehicle made an illegal right-hand turn into their vehicle when the two vehicles were traveling in the same direction. Zera and Brenda say that they were injured in the crash.

Zera and Brenda claim that Zera was driving the vehicle, and that Mario G., an employee of Magic Roofing & Siding Inc., was driving the vehicle that caused the crash. The two women aim to hold Mario and Magic Roofing & Siding accountable for the injuries they suffered during the crash, and are seeking compensation for their injuries.

Zera and Brenda argue that Mario’s negligence caused him to hit their vehicle. They also claim that he was driving at an excessive and unsafe speed and failed to take evasive action to prevent the Philadelphia car accident.

They claim that Magic Roofing & Siding was negligent in entrusting their company vehicle to someone who was “not equipped to operate their vehicle safely and/or with due care,” and who “exhibited a disregard for the safety and well-being of others.” Zera and Brenda also accuse Magic Roofing & Siding of not training their employee to operate the vehicle safely and properly.

Zera alleges that she suffered multiple level herniations in the car accident, as well as other serious injuries. She says that she was forced to have medial treatment and rehabilitation to recover from her injuries. Zera alleges that she may continue to incur medical expense and require medical treatment in the future because of the injuries she suffered in the car accident.

Zera says that in addition to causing physical pain and suffering, these injuries have made her unable to perform her daily chores and activities, putting a strain on her life. Additionally, Zera says that she suffered permanent cosmetic disfigurement that has caused her pain, anguish, and humiliation.

The Philadelphia car accident lawsuit goes on to say that Brenda was similarly injured in the car accident, also suffering an injury that may cause permanent disfigurement. The Magic Roofing car crash lawsuit alleges that Brenda suffered serious and permanent loss of body functions as a result of the car crash and asserts that Brenda has incurred and will continue to incur medical expenses as a result of her injuries.

Brenda also says that she suffered “inconveniences and loss of life’s pleasures, and she may continue to suffer same for an indefinite time in the future.”

The Magic Roofing company car accident lawsuit says that Brenda has and may continue to suffer loss to her gross income because her injuries impacted her ability to work.

The Magic Roofing & Siding Philadelphia Car Accident Lawsuit is Case No. 2:18-cv-03318-CDJ, in the Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia County.
