The plaintiffs assert Iovate has been unjustly enriched by its misleading advertising and labeling of the Hydroxycut products.

Class Members who submit proof of purchase may submit a claim for a full refund of all Hydroxycut products purchased during the Class Period. Class Members without proof of purchase may submit a claim for $14 per bottle, up to two bottles of Hydroxycut purchased.

If you are submitting a claim without proof of purchase, you must provide information about your purchase, including the location at which you purchased the Hydroxycut supplements, the number of products purchased and the approximate date of purchase.

Claimants must also attest under the penalty of perjury that the information provided in the Claim Form is accurate, truthful and complete.

Iovate denies the allegations but agreed to settle the Hydroxycut class action lawsuit to avoid the burden and expense of ongoing litigation. The company has agreed to pay $8 million to pay valid claims filed by eligible Class Members.

Under the terms of the Hydroxycut class action settlement, Iovate will also modify the product labels to remove certain statements and include certain disclosures.

I just stopped taking hydroxycut max for women after 6 months on the product only taking one or day. Always had very thick hair. No warning of hair loss. My hair began to thin and I never associated it with this product until 3 weeks ago. Google the product and hair loss. Tons if reviews for same issue. How can they keep it on mkt ???
