Here’s another BMW 3 Series class action settlement for you. If you’ve ever owned or leased a BMW 2006 or 2007 3 Series vehicle originally equipped with certain models of Bridgestone Turanza Tires, you could be reimbursed for past and future tire replacement under this class action settlement.

The class action settlement resolves a lawsuit alleging BMW should have known these tires were defective and prone to excessive noise and/or irregular wear, resulting in the tires needing frequent replacement and causing the vehicles to ride roughly. The tires covered under this class action settlement are Bridgestone Turanza EL42 RFT 205/55R16 tires bearing a DOT number indicating they were manufactured on or before the 22nd week of 2007 or 225/45R17 run-flat tires bearing a DOT number indicating they were manufactured on or before the 26th week of 2006, according to the class action settlement notice.

If you fall under these class requirements, you can make a claim to be reimbursed for all or part of any past or future tire replacement costs. The deadline for submitting a claim form is November 8, 2010.
