Lipozene False Advertising Class Action Lawsuit
By Mike Holter

“In reality, Lipozene’s main ingredient, Glucomannan, is simply a water-soluble dietary fiber with no ability to cause weight loss or the reduction of body fat. Defendant’s statements about the Product’s efficacy are false and misleading, and the research relied upon by Defendant does not substantiate its claims,” the Lipozene class action lawsuit states.
The false advertising lawsuit cites several studies that conclude Glucomannan has no effect on weight loss when compared to a placebo, and that it would take 20 to 30 grams of Glucomannan a day to achieve substantial weight loss, “enough to cause severe diarrhea and other gastrointestinal distress.”
The Lipozene class action lawsuit is seeking $5 million in damages and restitution for a class of all U.S. persons who purchased Lipozene from a retail location in California or online at any time after April 1, 2011 through the date of trial.

I have taken the drug and have had very bad gastric pain and stomach pain. I haven’t had solid bowl movement inn3 months
I gained so much weight from taking this product. I have never been this been and fat in my life just makes me sick
I also bought a 2 pack and called right before I finished the first bottle for a refund which was told when I purchased 30 day refund, and they said it was 31 days they counted from the moment of order. I would love to get my money back. I still have an unopened bottle plus a couple loose.
I have been taking Lipozene for a few months now. It was on my list of items to order through my insurance company, Preferred Care Partners OTC products. This medication made me a bit tired and nervous as I was desperate to lose weight. I continued with it. I gained about 15 pounds, and a few days ago, I started to choke after taking these pills. I became suspicious about why my insurance discontinued them, so I wanted to check why. I felt suspicious. Was there a problem? I wanted to know why. I did not think they were safe, but I was desperate to lose weight, which was a mistake on my part. I trusted my insurance to send me safe products, but they did not!
How do I apply for the lawsuits for the lipozene products I’m interested in filing a lawsuit claim
I also purchased this weight loss products and never lost a pound in fact I gained some weigh smh. Wasted money
I had gained 10 lbs taking Lipozene. According to their customer service representative he told me 10% of people will actually gain weight as I did, but nothing warned the public about weight gain!
I purchased my non effective Lipozene from the Banner health OTC website.
I thought if they are ok to list then it must work. Imagine my surprise to see Lipozene is in a lawsuit for false advertisement.
