Details: The YoPlus settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit titled Johnson v. General Mills Inc., et al. that alleges the defendants falsely advertised that their YoPlus probiotic yogurt products provide digestive health benefits that regular yogurt does not provide.
General Mills and Yoplait USA Inc. deny the allegations but have agreed to an $8.5 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve the litigation.
Class Members of the YoPlus class action settlement include anyone who purchased YoPlus yogurt in the United States between July 26, 2007 and July 5, 2012, inclusive.
Class Members will receive a $4 cash payment for each unit they purchased during the Class Period. No Proof of Purchase is necessary if you purchased 13 YoPlus units or less. However, if you request refunds for more than 13 units, Proof of Purchase must be provided. A “unit” means a single package of YoPlus, which commonly comes in a package of four yogurt containers.
The only way to receive a cash award from the YoPlus yogurt settlement is to submit a valid Claim Form online or postmarked no later than August 16, 2013.
A Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for June 17, 2013.

I submitted a claim, but have gotten nothing, should I check, or are swome checks delayed?
FTC has nothing to do with any claims. Administrator mainly Garden city group and Minessota administrator are tagging our names and addresses so any claims we file will not get response and no answer and auto rejection. Even the claims dont need anything we are rejected. They have a list of 1000s of people like that. If you call will get bull answer. still rejection. submit receipts will still rejection . Its like being on list and done forever. GCG has denied all of my claims so far even with receipts. Garden city group is nothing but discrimination and harrasement from Dublin Ohio and Seattle Washington.

This is a message for Brian, Jannel and many others. I just spoke to GCG in Dublin .. as usual they have rejected my claim on this yogurt along with sketchers, wallgreens, new balance and all others. You may have to go thru this too. They have put blockage under my name address to block any and all claims eventho this claim did not need receipts. They will say to specialist then same woman calls from seattle to say sorry you are rejected (will not say targeted or discriminated ) but GCG is doing this to many of us . Reject on any and evrything we file.. Butcheriing everyone in family eventho they are in different states . We had 4 claims in diff states were all rejected ..
