I Wear Another Brand Now Because They Are Far More Comfortable!!! The Shapeups Got Oh So Uncomfortabele!!! Not Worth The Money Spent, This Company That Makes Sketchers Should Close Down Right Now!!! I Poured Gasoline On My Shapeups And Lit Them On Fire!!! WHAT A RELIEF!!!

I wore the ShapeUps for about 1 month. I had trouble wearing them during my normal walking routine and when I fell wearing them, I quit wearing them immediately. I ended up with scraped up knees and my legs in pain. They now sit in my closet.

I moved since I filed the claim, and i am not sure how to amend my claim so that my new address is on file. Also, I filed my claim probably 9 months – a year ago, and I have heard nothing back. How do I check on the status of my claim?

I got my check 3 weeks ago, I live in cali so I dont know if that helps. I filed way back in march or april and my check came in the form of a little postcard like someone mentioned above. I agree it was easy to overlook. I took it to the bank inside raleys and they cashed it for $5 and gave me back $213.00

Saved up 100.00 dollars and purchased these for my walking. They made me feel as tho I was falling off and twisted my ankle, thats a lot of money to put out for nonsense!! Very angry since it hard for me to put together so much money.

This is a second Sketchers class action. The first one closed and checks were mailed out in TX in August. It was on the local news. The checks did come on a post card. This is a second class action. Checks won’t be mailed until after the claim deadline which is 4/18/2013!
