I got a letter saying I had two claims only one will be honored, then I got another one saying my number was not on their report. I have until May 23 to send documentation. I sent an dispute letter telling them they are wrong and I want my money. I have not heard anything back.
CHECKS ARE OUT!!!!
Liar…. They are not. Won’t be out until July 2014
I got the same rejection letter also
received the same letter, my neighbor also, somewhere alone the line rust need to be reported. a month ago I spoke with one of rust rep.inquired why was consumers from different states, are receiving the same exact letters.she asked where did I see this info.i told her from the comments from their own website, she laughed
Rust Consulting is rejecting every claim…. Just another tactic. They do not have a list if numbers to compare too….this is just a tactic to avoid paying the claims. They know you don’t have proof…and know they can avoid paying because of that.
