Finally was able to put in a claim on line 2-28-29 I’m #13

  2. Sara says:

Does anyone know the status on when I can file my claim? The final approval hearing was yesterday, Feb 27th, & still no update or uploaded form to submit a claim. How long after approval does it take for the claim forms to appear online?

    1. Patricia says:

      Try this link:

If that doesn’t work try this link:

      http://www.arcticindirectpurchaser.com/

Go to the bottom of the page look for “how to file a claim” click on + sign (right side in black) fill out form wait a year before the check makes it into your mail box.

  3. shell says:

I bought lots of ice since I am a vendor, and I buy directly from reddy ice, and a few other companies listed.

  4. Lavon rogers says:

I brought a lot of the ice.

    1. dorisc says:

bought a lot of this ice!!!

  5. consumer says:

So they should have an unlimited # of bags claim without proof? 10 bags w/out proof is pretty generous. I agree that most people dont save ice receipts unless it is for business purposes. However, a claims process that goes beyond 10 bags without proof is open to fraud.

  6. Patricia Flock says:

So consumer how about $6.00 per year for the years that the company chose to overcharge the consumer?

It is not about the money, it is about ripping off the consumers.

The company would still be making a profit from the over priced ice.

  7. consumer says:

Flock. Faukne, Evans and others – Get a life. How muck cheaper do you think the ice would have been without the collusion?- they probably kept the price ..50 higher than it would have been. Multiply that by millions of bags and it adds up. How much do you really think you are personal entitled to?

  8. Andy says:

Why is this being posted now? No one can sign up for months still… Also, sorting the lawsuits by date added does not work at all….Cool looking layout, but it’s completely useless so far.

    1. karen Perrin says:

      I agree!

  9. Delvia Evans says:

They GETTIN off to easy!!! THAT DOG DONT HUNT $6.00!! R U SERIOUS???

  10. Patricia Flock says:

Yeah as if people have kept their proof of purchase for ice from 2001 and 2008 the package ice is used when the power goes out, when freezers quit working , when the super bowl or any other professional sport team is playing the final round.

I have easily bought a lot more than 10 bags of packaged ice during the 7 years of what this lawsuit covers and will only receive $6.00 when the company easily made off with millions of dollars they are getting off way to easy.

    1. Joy Faulkner says:

I agree totally with Patricia Flock

    2. Malia says:

Totally agree!! Our family can easily buy 10 bags of ice for an event and they are saying only $6 for a 7 Year period…all I can say is wow!!

    3. Marlene Cooper says:

I totally agree w/ you. I’m not in NY anymore I’m in FL so I won’t be a member of this class action though I lived there during that time.So at least you get $6. My son still lives in upstate NY and he has a tailgate party every Sunday during Football and NASCAR seasons and buys ice each time for his get togethers and has that entire time of the class action. Still he’s only going to get $6..Such a shame. Thinking of buying one of those mini ice makers for a countertop for him so he wont’ have to “BUY ICE” anymore but it probably won’t work unless he buys a commercial one!
