Details on how to file a claim for the Naked Juice class action lawsuit settlement are finally here! If you purchased an eligible Naked Juice product between September 27, 2007 and August 19, 2013, you can file a claim to receive up to $75 cash with proof of purchase or up to $45 cash without proof of purchase.
The Naked Juice settlement will resolve several class action lawsuits filed in 2011 alleging that Naked Juice Co. engaged in deceptive advertising by labeling its products as “all natural” and “non-GMO.” Plaintiffs alleged they contained processed and synthetic ingredients, as well as ingredients from genetically modified crops.
Naked Juice denies the allegations but has agreed to refund consumers as part of a $9 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve the litigation.
If you purchased eligible Naked Juice products during the Class Period, you can file a claim to receive a cash reimbursement from the class action settlement.
Class Members with proof of purchase can receive a full reimbursement of what they paid for the listed products, up to a maximum of $75. Class Members without proof of purchase can receive a reimbursement based on the following chart:

Details on the appeal were not immediately available but concerned the motion for attorneys’ fees, plaintiff incentive awards and approval order, according to court documents filed Jan. 6, 2014. The case has been transferred to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Distribution of settlement funds will not commence until the appeal has been resolved. Top Class Actions will continue to update our readers on the progress of the appeal and settlement payout. This USED to be my favorite drink……. never would of thought all of this was going on!
I spent well over $45 but have no receipts, im sure we all have spent over $45 on these drinks
All the more reason to support I-522 in Washington State. This is what false advertisement costs. Unfortunately, I pay in cash and have no proof of purchase, but would still like some compensation.
This is really disappointing. I was drinking this almost daily since it was supposed to be real juice from all natural ingredients. It has made me leery to buy from other companies now. We cannot trust the labeling.
I have spent over $45 for this item. I have no receipts
at this time. I have been drinking this juice since it became
available in our local market. I had no idea that this was going on.
I buy Naked juice faithfully and I didn’t know this was going on!
I was drinking a bottle a day because I thought it had all natural ingredients. Each bottle was $4.25. I started buying the large bottles for my husband and I to drink instead of other juices. Of course I don’t have receipts. It’s like going in the store and buying a soda with cash money.
I have been buying this product for my daughter and myself. Just about the only thing we were drinking for months besides water. I would say i have spent well over 400.00 on this and i am not to happy right now . My daughter took them to school and to the beach with friends . How sad is this?
I’ve been drinking Naked for years now, spent hundreds of dollars on these drinks. Very disappointed try were not all natural.
My family always drink rich essential with natural juices.
have used and liked.
