A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit challenging buy one get one free (BOGO) promotions and other MyPillow advertisements, packaging and sales practices.
If you purchased one or more MyPillow products directly from My Pillow Inc. between April 26, 2012 and Sept. 25, 2017, you may be entitled to payment from the MyPillow class action settlement.
The MyPillow class action lawsuit challenged the appropriateness of the marketing, packaging and sale of MyPillow products, including health claims about the product, BOGO promotions, and the use of third party endorsements and logos.
Several similar MyPillow class action lawsuits have also been filed and will be resolved by this proposed settlement should the agreement become finalized.
MyPillow denies the allegations but agreed to settle the BOGO class action lawsuits to avoid the burden and expense of ongoing litigation. The MyPillow class action settlement was preliminarily approved on Sept. 25, 2017.
Class Members who would like to opt out of or object to the MyPillow settlement must do so no later than Jan. 23, 2018.
NOTE: This MyPillow settlement extends the Claim Form deadline and incorporates the claims from other MyPillow class action lawsuits. If you previously filed a claim for the Amari v. My Pillow Inc. class action settlement, you do not need to file a new claim to be eligible for compensation.
Who’s Eligible
Class Members of the MyPillow settlement include anyone who meets either of the following descriptions:
- Non-Direct Purchaser Subclass: Includes anyone who purchased certain MyPillow products in the United States from a source other than MyPillow between April 26, 2012 and Oct. 13, 2016.
- Direct Purchaser Subclass: Includes anyone who purchased certain MyPillow products in the United States directly from My Pillow Inc. between April 26, 2012 and Sept. 25, 2017.
The MyPillow products covered by the class action settlement include any products bearing the labeled name MyPillow that are marketed and/or distributed by My Pillow Inc.
Potential Award
Up to $24.
Direct purchaser subclass members may file a claim for $6 per MyPillow they purchased, up to four MyPillow products. Claimants are entitled to receive one of the following cash payments, whichever is higher:
- If you purchased one or more covered products directly from My Pillow Inc., you are entitled to a cash payment of $6.
- If you acquired two MyPillow products pursuant to a BOGO offer, you are entitled to a cash payment of $6 per pillow (up to $12).
- If you acquired four or more MyPillow products pursuant to a BOGO offer as part of your initial purchase from My Pillow Inc., you are entitled to a cash payment of $6 per pillow (up to $24).
After all claims are submitted, the Settlement Administrator may make an offer for Class Members who qualify for payments to trade their cash payment for one or two GoAnywhere Pillows.
NOTE: If you submitted a timely and valid claim for the initial MyPillow class action settlement, you will receive an additional payment of $5.

I still haven’t heard anything on this claim. My 2 “MY PILLOWS “ are sitting on the self in my closet. USELESS. Mike needs to stand behind his company. Quit paying for tv ads to sell these things and put that money into paying back the people who bought your lousy product and and you millions!
