A settlement has been reached in the Liberty Tax anticipation loan class action lawsuit, and you may be entitled to compensation.

This Liberty Tax class action settlement will resolve claims that the company’s financial products, which were provided by Republic Bank but facilitated by Liberty Tax between 2009 and 2012, violated several states’ laws as well as federal laws.

Furthermore, the plaintiffs of this Liberty Tax class action lawsuit allege Liberty Tax Inc. failed to properly disclose to consumers their Financial Products fees as finance charges, as well as neglected to inform consumers the APR (or Annual Percentage Rate) of what the plaintiffs of this anticipation loan class action lawsuit claim is a loan.

Liberty Tax denies all wrongdoing and liability in this anticipation loan class action lawsuit, but has decided to settle in order to avoid costly legal fees and the uncertainty of continued litigation.

According to the terms of the Liberty Tax anticipation loan class action settlement, the tax preparation company has agreed to pay $5.3 million to establish a settlement fund and compensate Class Members for the Liberty Tax financial and tax preparation products.

Yes receive a check for $64.68 for four (4) loans or refunds that they provided to me over that period. The claims administrator did not allowed for one of the four. What a rip off and waste of time. The lawyers probably go the rest.

Good morning hope i find you feeling well! God is so awesome! I want to start off by thanking you for being you and doing what you do. You are a true blessing to many. I have loved you for many many years. Now im a single mother of four amazingly beautiful smart young ladies. We have been homeless for several months. We went from living in my suv until it was repoed to living on the streets to living in the favor house shelter to living in an abondan house with no power to now we in a hotel. God is blessing us every step with a good spirit. 2e have been blessed with an awesome man who has not left our side this whole time. He is not my childrens father but he is their only daddy. He pays 50.00 a night where we live and nobody will give him a job. He has been donating and cutting hair to pay. I know this will not last. I have real bad health issues im in and out the hosital all the time. But i even started job hunting. Christmas is near and i have some amazing girls that deserve the world. They dont have nobody but us. All they asked for for christmas was clothes shoes and a house. That just broke my heart. Do you know any place or any one who can help blessed my children this year i just cant and they really deserve alot. I love them girls with all my heart.

Hello Mom, I strongly urge you to go to 2hands.org and gofundme.com. Both sites are a great place to inform the people who seek out individuals, families, businesses even charities in need. They are seeking to be able to help. From maybe getting your car out of repo with a clear title. To dropping off clothing and stuff you and your family needs. Even purchasing you a home. Somebody in your area could have a job opening for you or your man or both. They may want to donate money. I know many celebrities go to go fund me as a go to place to drop loads of funds to. They pay the taxes anything donated over $10k the donator pays taxes on. But they also get one heck of a tax break for donating. Also you mentioned your man cuts hair. Well, craigslist does wonders bartering services for items needed. or even free stuff. Anyway good luck and may the positive energy and as you pray for blessings empower your family to overcome this situation to a much deserved safe and warm and happy environment your children deserve.
