Korean Air Lines Co., Ltd. and Asiana Airlines Inc. have reached a $65 million class action lawsuit settlement resolving allegations they conspired to fix prices for air passenger travel between the U.S. and the Republic of Korea. If you bought a qualifying ticket between January 1, 2000 and August 1, 2007, you may be entitled to cash and coupons for future air passenger travel as part of the class action settlement.
The Korean Air settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit that claims the alleged conspiracy included meetings, conversations and communications in the U.S. and elsewhere between the two Defendants during which they agreed to establish artificially high prices for air passenger travel.
In cases separate from this class action lawsuit, brought by the United States Department of Justice, the Defendants pled guilty to criminal antitrust violations and agreed to pay a fine. Despite pleading guilty in the DOJ cases, Korean Air Lines and Asiana Airlines deny the allegations raised in the class action lawsuit but have agreed to a settlement to resolve the litigation.

I have made one trip from US to Korea and received my check today for only $ 66.33 cents. Korean air coupon is $39.64 cents and Asiana coupon is $15.25 cents. So it means you people dont get too excited that you will received hundreds.I am so disappointed of course so stop talking about this and let us move on!!
Received two checks today in Seattle (two claims). $187.38 / $280.98 voucher & 339.59 / $254.04 voucher. Each claim had 3 round trips to Korean.
Received $372.79 Check, $222.77 KE Coupon and $85.68 OZ Coupon. This was for 5 economy round trips from LA to Seoul, all via KE. Reimbursement of about $137 ($75 cash + $62 coupons) per round trip. Comparing amounts to trips of above postings, I dont see how they calculated and came to the final amounts for each claims.
I know there are also different price rates/types of tickets per each flight classes, which could effect the reimbursement amounts even for a same class trip. But it would be nice if Rust makes a posting somewhere showing how these final amount calculations were made, to be clear.
$562 check, $475 coupons based on 7 economy Class tickets. Tickets were already reimbursed So free money to me.
Nc $919 thanks topclassactions
Recd chk today in MO 66.xx and coupons worth 50.xx Two trips made during class action period. Calculations not making much sense. But at least wait is over

Kattie, how many trips did you claim and what were the vouchers.
Received check today for $82.00 coupons: $49 & $18. I had 7 trips !!! Expensive trips. How do they come up with the settlement figures??????
The wait is over checks are out ! 1-1st class trip $919.02 check coupon $549 $211 happy 4th!
what state?
This is BS… You have to buy a ticket before you can use the coupon. Then you have to fill out a form to redeem the coupons. Then you have to wait for a refund check to arrive to you. Oh, yea, you want to sell the coupons you can only do it at an auction where you need to have someone buy the tickets at the price they want…no just give me money. It would be difficult to sell these on Ebay or other sites with the way its done…were screwed. OH, yea it appears the guy who got his check and posted it today got $250 in cash per ticket and $224 in coupons per ticket. This is around $200 less than John Q Public stated and $100 less in coupons. The lawyers stole about $8 million dollars in cash, he didnt care about the coupons.
