I was told my claim was approved & my check would be going out this week, no amount or date, because they rush you off the phone, I have a feeling these are post card mailers, because its taking so long for anyone to receive them, not sure though, Good Luck, if we ever get them!
What the H is going on?? In Sept. when I called they said I have around $40.00 coming and when I called today to see why the checks haven’t been sent yet I was told they have no record of my claim..
Tammy, call the Class Attorney and explain your situation. He’ll be able to help you:

Remember, he’s YOUR lawyer in this case, and he was appointed by the court to work for YOU. Don’t let the Administrator cheat you out of your money!
was told today that a check was mailed to my address
jennell, did they say when it was mailed? just curious because i have heard so many different stories!
just told that it was mailed to the address on file
No Tonya, the man on the line did not give out an amount but did say that my check did not go as yet but will this week
I contacted the Attorney General’s Office and they said they will look into it right away.
And I am willing to bet that they will also under pay alot of us and not pay some of us at all…
Spoke to the same gentleman that always answers the phone said the same thing checks are going out in clusters, told me about my check and how much it will be.
Maxie, how much will you check be?
Found this on facebook/class action rebates
Class Action Rebates The mailing process began on Monday. Because there are so many valid claims they won’t be done putting batches in the mail until sometime next week. The average is $40 with some getting less and some getting more.

Do you believe it?
They keep lying!
If you go to the Top Class Actions FB page, you can see that Dianne spoke with the Class laywers, and the administrator told the lawyers that no checks had been sent yet. So the Administrator’s claim that they started mailing checks on Monday is simply false.
I don’t know if we’ll ever see these checks… and if we do, I wonder if we’ll be able to cash them.
