If you purchased Hansen’s Natural Juices, Hansen’s Smoothie Nectars, Hubert’s Lemonade, or Hubert’s Half & Half Lemonade between 2010 and 2015, you may be eligible to claim up to $15 from a $3 million class action settlement with Monster Beverage Company, the manufacturer of the products.

Consumers can elect to receive a refund in the form of a check or electronic check or gift card.

The settlement resolves a class action lawsuit accusing Monster Beverage Company of falsely advertising these products as “natural” when they allegedly contained synthetic and or artificial ingredients, or added colors.

Monster Beverage Company does not admit to any wrongdoing in agreeing to class action settlement, and has entered into the settlement agreement to avoid incurring the costs of continuing to litigate the false advertising class action lawsuit.

Consumers who wish to object to natural beverage settlement must do so by August 15, 2018.

Consumers who wish to opt out of the settlement must do so by October 12, 2018.

The “add me please” people are what’s wrong with America today.

Seriously. I just threw my arms up and let out a short, shrill scream about 2 minutes ago, after seeing an “add me” comment for the umpteenth time. I honestly don’t know if I can stand much more of it. There are multiple’s, on every single article page, even when the settlement has been, closed, paid and seemingly put to bed for months, ad infinitum.

When I start to find myself amazed at not only how far we have come as a country, but how far the human race itself, has evolved, I need only read another “add me” comment to instantly switch gears and think how I’m actually more amazed sometimes that we’ve even passed the stage of walking upright,

We love Hansons drinks! Thank you for giving us the capabilities to get some of what we paid for when it wasnt what it was suppose be. Or actually wasnt really what the product was. So many companies arent honest to its customers. They just want to make more money. Thats the bottom line, $$ money money. Eventually the truth prevails. Thank you for helping all of us who do get a little money back in our pockets from the companies who just wanted more money from the customer.
