I emailed the claim administrator and received an email back. It said my claim was missing employer verification, receipts or bank statements showing alternative transportation expenses, a valid form of ID and proof of registration. He went on to say they mailed me a letter May 12, 2014 allowing me 30 days to respond….which I never received. The email then says I was mailed a denial letter mailed on August 5, 2014 which I also did not receive. Sounds like a buncha bull.
Has anyone heard anything concerning this mess? I tried to call and I can not get anywhere?
got a letter a couple weeks ago saying one of the pages i had to get notarized wasn’t notarized and had to have it filled out and notarized again (even though im 99% sure it was when i sent it in the first time)
Has anybody heard anything?

I am trying to get in contact with the settlement administrator regarding submitting my claim. The number listed (1-800-769-5703) is useless as it is only a recording. I need to speak with an actual person. Please advise on how I can speak directly with someone!
I have been trying to contact someone also, just to make sure my documents were recieved. was your problem ever resolved.
