Details on how to file a claim for the Barbara’s Bakery class action lawsuit settlement have arrived. If you purchased a Barbara’s Bakery product between 2008 and 2013, you may be eligible to claim up to $100 from the class action settlement.
The Barbara’s Bakery settlement resolves a class action lawsuit (Trammell v. Barbara’s Bakery) that all alleges the company mislabeled its cereal and snack products as “all natural” when they actually contain genetically modified (GMO) ingredients.
Barbara’s Bakery denies the allegations, but has agreed to resolve the litigation by offering up to $100 in reimbursements to consumers and removing the terms “all natural,” “no artificial additives,” “no artificial preservatives” and “no artificial flavors” from its packaging on foods that contain GMOs or artificial ingredients.
A federal judge preliminarily approved the class action settlement on June 21, 2013. A Final Fairness Hearing will be held November 8, 2013.
Class Members of the Barbara’s Bakery settlement include all U.S. consumers who purchased eligible products from May 23, 2008 through July 5, 2013. These products include cereals, cereal bars, fig bars, cheese puffs, granola bars, Snackimals animal cookies, organic mini cookies, snack mixes and crackers. See the full list of eligible products.
Class Members that submit a valid Claim Form no later than January 1, 2014 will get up to $100 to reimburse the money they paid to purchase these products. The amount of money you may receive will depend on the total amount of money you spent on the eligible products during the Class Period.

just try to get your settlements
Its sad to be facing situations such as this one.
well the assholes need to pay up. its bad enough i ate the garbage now i wont have anything to show for it but more gms’s running through my veins.
thats the way it used to be sam. now If the judge settled at 5 million and only two people submitted claims the claims admin would deny both and call it a day times they are a changing
I don’t know why you all are saying you won’t get any settlements if you already got one. I receive settlements all the time and recently got one for $600 from a place I never even heard of. It doesn’t hurt to apply. No one knows about class actions which is why you don’t have to show proof or a receipt. If the judge settled at 5 million and only two people submitted claims, don’t you think we’d each get 2.5 million? If 5 million submit a claim we get a $1. You see how this works?? That’s why you don’t have to submit a claim. It’s wrong if its wrong and the company has to pay the fee regardless.
makes you wonder what will happen to this site if no one comes to check out class actions!!! no more advertisement dollars spent here cause theres no one here cause no one gets paid any more from class actions
BUT IF YOU KNOW HOW TO OBJECT TO A SETTELMENT THEN YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO REALLY MESS WITH THEM. THINK ABOUT IT 1000 OBJECTIONS ON EVERY CLASS ACTION THAT YOU THINK YOU MIGHT GET DENIED. THEY MIGHT HAVE TO PAY YOU TO DROP YOUR OBJECTION
no matter what you do if you have applied for any class action within the last year you will not get any more money
have you ever seen some one say” YEAH AND WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT” receipts, photos of you eating the product, DNA sample of a employee at one of the stores, photos of the product after its turned to stool, packaging, UPC codes, ingredient labels, invoices, NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO FORCE THEM TO PAY YOU WATCH AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW THEY JUST TELL YOU TO GO TO HELL
