Details on how to file a claim for the Barbara’s Bakery class action lawsuit settlement have arrived. If you purchased a Barbara’s Bakery product between 2008 and 2013, you may be eligible to claim up to $100 from the class action settlement.
The Barbara’s Bakery settlement resolves a class action lawsuit (Trammell v. Barbara’s Bakery) that all alleges the company mislabeled its cereal and snack products as “all natural” when they actually contain genetically modified (GMO) ingredients.
Barbara’s Bakery denies the allegations, but has agreed to resolve the litigation by offering up to $100 in reimbursements to consumers and removing the terms “all natural,” “no artificial additives,” “no artificial preservatives” and “no artificial flavors” from its packaging on foods that contain GMOs or artificial ingredients.
A federal judge preliminarily approved the class action settlement on June 21, 2013. A Final Fairness Hearing will be held November 8, 2013.
Class Members of the Barbara’s Bakery settlement include all U.S. consumers who purchased eligible products from May 23, 2008 through July 5, 2013. These products include cereals, cereal bars, fig bars, cheese puffs, granola bars, Snackimals animal cookies, organic mini cookies, snack mixes and crackers. See the full list of eligible products.

bob REALLY? you think that money will end up in our pockets LOL !!!! Rust will charge 4 times that amount to handle phone calls and tech services blah blah blah. Rust gets more and more of the pie. Nice thought that we would get extra but that NEVER happens with rust consulting. They probally playing game in back room seeing which checks to keep. (Lame denials etc…) I wish everyone a big fat check.
if they get 2 % on the 4 million they have and decided to wait 2 more months to distribute it that would be over $13,000 extra. wheres the karma for that
we all are on here for the same thing money when are checks coming out
I listened to the recording and it did clarify that it would be late August before the distribution occurs.

Why is everyone fighting over a few extra dollars? Is the name calling really necessary?
Not calling any names, but for the “Psychic” (psycho)
that knew the checks would be delayed and “personally knows someone who works there”, please look into your little crystal ball and tell us non delusional people the date and the amount of our check. We would really appreciate your ability to do so
LMAO…I don’t have a crystal ball….I simply asked him a question and he said he didn’t work that account, two days later he texted me and said, he didn’t see a June or July distribution…what he saw was a late August distribution and yes I could tell you the exact amount…. I can also tell you Cipro will pay out in the same month, and the amount was tripled because there was more money left. I have simply decided to just stay off of the site, I have never seen such a childish set of people in my life…. I don’t have the time for it.
don’t never let people with ugly attitudes stop you with your gift god has given to you.no matter what it is concerning. all readers that post your comments, that on this site not trying to be funny, good luck to you all. (now) when i start reading comments that are down right rude and childish,i stop reading their comments.
