American Express has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit that accuses it of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by using an automatic dialing system, predictive dialer, prerecorded or artificial voice to call consumers without their consent.
If you received automated calls on your cell phone on behalf of American Express between July 3, 2009 and Mar. 15, 2016, you may be entitled to compensation from this TCPA class action settlement.
Plaintiffs Jennifer Ossola, Joetta Callentine and Scott Dolemba allege that a company called Alorica Inc. placed calls to consumers’ cell phones on behalf of American Express. These calls were reportedly made with the purpose of marketing American Express small business credit cards to potential customers.
According to the telemarketing class action lawsuit, these calls violated the TCPA, a federal law that prohibits companies from using automatic dialing systems, predictive dialers, prerecorded and artificial voices to make calls to consumers without their prior express consent.
American Express denies any wrongdoing, but the company agreed to pay $8.25 million to settle the TCPA class action lawsuit.
If you would like to exclude yourself from or object to the American Express class action settlement, you must do so no later than Oct. 3, 2016.

Deficiency notices are out. It seems this guy “tony” received one and is asking you for valid numbers so he can steal your claim. Don’t give out that information.
I have received many payouts from kcc. Some people apparently do not understand how class action law suits work.so long as there aren’t any appeals filed Payments are usually sent 90 to 120 days after the final hearing. However some take longer.
