Top Class Actions viewers are getting paid!

Three class action settlements recently paid out, and consumers are reporting they’ve received their settlement payments, some for thousands of dollars.

Powerbeats2 Battery Life Class Action Settlement Payment

Claimants in the Powerbeats2 class action settlement have reported receiving as much as $114.12 via PayPal.

Plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit had alleged Apple misrepresented the Powerbeats2 wireless earphones, concealing the fact the earphones had a defect that caused them to fail to retain a charge.

The deadline to file a claim was Nov. 20, 2020.

The Apple Powerbeats2 Class Action Lawsuit was Latanya Simmons, et al. v. Apple Inc., Case No. 17-CV-3 12251, in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Santa Clara.

Mike and Ike, Hot Tamales Class Action Settlement Payment

Class Members who filed claims in the Mike and Ike, Hot Tamales class action lawsuit have reported receiving settlement payments for as much as $72.

The class action lawsuits alleged the products’ cardboard-box packaging conceals the fact the products are underfilled, which is misleading to consumers.

The deadline to file a claim was Nov. 10, 2020.

The Mike and Ike, Hot Tamales Class Action Lawsuits were Mateski, et al. v. Just Born Inc., Case No. CIVDS1926742, in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino and Escobar v. Just Born Inc., Case No. 2:17-cv-01826-TJH-PJW, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

FTC Opioid Addiction Treatment Suboxone Settlement Payment

TCA viewers have received settlement payments for as much as $2,563.92 in the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Suboxone opioid addiction treatment settlement.

The FTC had alleged Indivior Inc. and subsidiary Reckitt Benckiser Group worked to prevent a lower-priced generic of Suboxone from getting in the way of the company’s sales.

The deadline for claims to be filed was Dec. 1, 2020.

The FTC Opioid Addiction Treatment Suboxone Class Action Lawsuits were FTC v. Indivior, Case No. 1:20-cv-00036-JPJ-PMS, and FTC v. Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, Case No. 1:19-cv-00028, both in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, Abingdon.

    I have not received a check for the Suboxone claim. I did receive a Visa gift card for a Suboxone claim is this the same case.

          I never even received a postcard about the Suboxone settlement. I was getting my prescription filled every month

    Someone MUST be cashing my settlement checks because I signed the law suit and NEVER received any type of money and I was in Suboxone in the time frame 2013-2019!! How can I check to see where my Check is or if someone’s cashing it??
