I hope this helps. Question, what do you mean when you say you have “signed up”?

I see so many people (I’m not saying you do) that submit a comment that reads nothing more
than “Add me.” Since so many people do this, to a new reader, this may be perceived as the proper procedure to file a claim. It is not. Above everything else, read, read, read, and then read some more.
Read the requirements of the class action suit to which you are applying.
Some suits are State specific. You have to have purchased the product for instance in a particular state.
Read about the difference between an Open, Pending, or Closed lawsuit. To find this information click on “Settlements” at the top of this page. If it’s pending, then keep tracking the status to see if and when it was approved. If it was, then watch for the date that you can actually submit your claim. There often is a time lag between the approval of a lawsuit and the time for which claims can be accepted. At the bottom of the page of the particular suit in which you’re inquiring, you will see a section that reads “File Claim Here.” This is where you submit your claim under penalty of perjury, and then after you click on the “Submit your claim” button, the system will typically generate a claim number. Keep this number for future reference, it is your proof that you have filed a claim on time. You may also receive an email confirming your claim. Then you wait.

I have been submitting claims since 2018 and for me, it has taken between 2 and 7 months to receive either a paper check or for the funds to be electronically deposited into the account I provided when I submitted my claim. If given a payment preference, you will provide this information on the claim form.

My advice to you would be to first search the name of the class action you’re concerned about.
Check the status, you will either see “this claim is closed” or “file claim here.”

Then depending on the result, you will need to either wait for another class-action suit or
file your claim. You can keep tabs on the status of any class action suit by clicking on the magnifying glass at the top of this page in the blue ribbon and entering the name of the suit.

Once you have submitted a claim and have received a claim number, include this claim number in any future correspondence regarding your claim.

      All the best!

Does not work that way. Go into the individual claim and fill out all the info and hit the submit.
