Does Top Class Actions Get Paid to Write Articles?

Top Class Actions does get paid to write certain articles. Attorneys who are looking for clients will pay us to run a class action lawsuit investigation to help them find clients who have been affected by a certain legal issue. You can find a list of our current investigations here. As part of this service, our writing team researches and writes articles related to the litigation (if a lawsuit has been filed) or other news related to the legal matter. These articles may cover new lawsuits that have been filed, case updates, recall notices, settlements, trial results, appeals or any other information related to the issue.

Top Class Actions is not paid to write the other content on our site, although a Settlement Administrator will occasionally pay us to post notice about an open class action settlement. These paid posts currently make up only a small fraction of our open settlements. However, as Top Class Actions continues to grow in popularity, we may get more requests.

The majority of the content posted to TopClassActions.com is for the interest of the consumers, and we do not get paid to write these articles. Our goal is to become the top resource for class action lawsuit and settlement news. These articles about the latest class action lawsuits that have been filed and settlements that have been reached are the bread and butter of our site and keep readers coming back time and time again for the latest updates on the cases they care about.
