Update from the President of TCAIt’s almost May here in Phoenix and it seems like Spring just started! We’re expecting highs in the 70s this weekend and won’t be back in the 90s until the middle of next week. Yahoo! We have had a great month. We have landed some new clients, are acting as the “Official Internet Notice” for the 24 Hour Fitness Class Action Lawsuit and received word of some great new settlements coming down the line. It will be an exciting few months! The number one question I continue to get is “when will I get paid for the DeBeers Diamond lawsuit?” It’s still in the Courts. We’re awaiting a ruling from the Judge in the case and expect it any day now. Once we receive word we’ll post an article updating the case in the Lawsuit News section of Top Class Actions and also update the DeBeers page. We’re as anxious about this one as you are!
