Update from the President of TCA

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a fantastic week! We covered the StarKist Tuna settlement and it went viral VERY quickly! We had more than 150,000 views on that page in just TWO DAYS! It proved so popular that the settlement administrator couldn’t handle the volume and their website crashed. If you were unable to submit your claim last week (up to $25 in cash or $50 in free tuna) please try again! I just checked and their website is speeding along now! Don’t miss out on your claim!

Along with the StarKist settlement we posted a few new class action investigations and moved the website upgrade forward a bit. As you can guess the website upgrade has grown significantly in scope now that we have our branding and marketing team involved. It turns out that as we continue to grow and get bigger I have to pay close attention to our brand, what it looks like, and what it means. That was easy when it was just me and Sarah running the show. Now that we have around 20 people working with us as writers, editors, case researchers, IT, social media, marketing and executives we need to tighten things up and make sure that you, our awesome viewers, are given the same brand experience whether you’re on our Facebook page, surfing through settlements, or logging in to the website. So, we’re working on that! As always, more to come! Thanks for sticking with us as we grow and expand!
