AMF Bowling Centers agreed to pay up to $3.18 million to resolve claims it failed to disclose wage scales and benefits in Washington job postings.

The AMF Bowling Centers settlement benefits individuals who applied for a job with AMF Bowlero, Lucky Strike Lanes, Bowlero Broadway Seattle LLC, Bowlero South Seattle, Paradise Lanes, Bowlero Sports and Entertainment Holdings, Bowlero Lynnwood or Bowlero Lanes of Lakewood in Washington between Jan. 1, 2023, and July 25, 2024, where the job posting did not include the position’s wage scale, salary range or benefits description.

According to the job posting class action lawsuit, AMF Bowling Centers and other related bowling companies violated Washington law by not disclosing the wage scale or salary range and/or providing a general description of benefits on job listings for open positions. AMF hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay a minimum of $1.6 million and a maximum of $3.18 million to resolve the job posting class action lawsuit.

Under the terms of the AMF Bowling Centers settlement, class members can receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. According to the settlement agreement, each eligible claimant could receive at least $1,384 with payments capped at $5,000.

  1. Leah says:

So wrong.. I reached out to the settlement website about my id numbers and could never get a response. They said in their auto-response they reply within three days (which would still be before the deadline) and of course I never received any communication back from them. Then the deadline passed. It’s extremely unfair. Whoever is on charge of that should be fired. Here I am now without my portion of the settlement. Thanks so much!

Where is my Claim ID and PIN?

  6. Jamie Nolley says:

GEICO merged me and my ex husbands info into my account and changed my address to his with all of his info in my app without my consent or even knowing and it would have taken over 250$ out of my account for his vehicles
