Zimmer Hip Implant Lawsuit Filed by Nevada Plaintiff

James Milligan of Nevada has recently filed a hip implant lawsuit against Zimmer, a company that creates metal on metal hip implant devices.  After suffering problems with his hip, Milligan opted to have hip replacement surgery, which occurred on January 12, 2009.  During the time of his surgery, Milligan received the Zimmer FullCoat stem (size 13) and Trilogy cup 64.  He claims that after the hip replacement surgery was completed, he began experiencing a lot of pain — so much pain that it affected his daily life.

Milligan went in for an x-ray on September 29, 2011, which revealed there was a significant problem with the Zimmer hip implant he received.
