Pradaxa Lawsuit News: Hundreds of Pradaxa Bleeding Lawsuits Could Move to Central Federal Court
By Mike Holter
Pradaxa users who have suffered internal bleeding after taking the blood-thinning medication are being notified there could be a faster way to seek compensation for their Pradaxa injuries depending on a decision due later this month. The decision would create one central federal court where as many as 500 Pradaxa lawsuit could be filed, which would expedite the litigation process and help victims share in valuable evidence that Pradaxa use caused severe injuries such as internal bleeding, hemorrhaging and even death. Anyone who has suffered Pradaxa bleeding or lost a loved one after taking the medication is encouraged to speak with a Pradaxa lawyer about their legal rights as soon as possible. The Institute for Safety Medication Practices reported on June 6, 2012 that Pradaxa contributed to more deaths and bleeding reports to the FDA in 2011 than any other medication. Pradaxa users need to be aware of the risks associated with the medication and arm themselves with information on how to seek compensation from the drug manufacturer to cover their medical expenses, as well as pain and suffering.
