Zoloft Birth Defect Lawsuit Filed on Anniversary of the Death of Daughter

A mother who took Zoloft and Paxil while pregnant filed a lawsuit on April 11th, 2012, one year to the day when her daughter died allegedly due to SSRI antidepressant drug related birth defects. Dottie Kyle alleges in her Zoloft birth defect lawsuit that Pfizer ignored multiple studies which showed Zoloft increased the risk of severe birth defects in fetuses exposed to the SSRI antidepressant drug.
