$9 Million Mesothelioma Settlement Awarded to Dow Chemical Worker

Regularly exposed to asbestos throughout his career, the late Robert Henderson developed mesothelioma after being employed at Dow Chemical in Dallas, Texas. According to the mesothelioma lawsuit documents, Mr. Henderson spent a great deal of his career working closely with products that had asbestos in them.
