
HH-Entertainment Inc., doing business as Hustler Hollywood, agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims that it printed too many digits of credit or debit card numbers on customer receipts.
The Hustler Hollywood settlement benefits all persons in the United States for whom one or more receipts was printed at one of Hustler Hollywood retail stores, which disclosed more than the last five digits of their credit or debit card account number from Oct. 20, 2018, to Feb. 26, 2025.
The class action lawsuit alleges that HH-Entertainment violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by printing certain digits or expiration dates from personal debit or credit cards on customer copies of receipts.
HH-Entertainment is an adult lifestyle retailer that operates retail stores under the name Hustler Hollywood.
HH-Entertainment denies any wrongdoing but agreed to an undisclosed amount to resolve the class action allegations.
Under the terms of the Hustler Hollywood settlement, class members can receive a cash payment of $23.00. Additionally, class members can receive free credit monitoring from Equifax for one year.
The deadline for exclusion and objection is July 27, 2026.
A final hearing for the class action settlement will take place on Sept. 15, 2026.
To receive the $23.00 cash benefit electronically, class members must complete the payment selection form on the settlement website. Electronic payments and checks will be valid for 180 days from the date of transmission or the date on the check.
